Clayton Gray Fizz & Everything In Between

Our sig­na­ture cock­tail, Clayton Gray Fizz, ended up being the star at the bar the other night!  When first plan­ning this party, we delib­er­ated over what sig­na­ture cock­tail to serve.  Nothing too strong, nothing too labor inten­sive, since we antic­i­pated a large group, nothing too sweet, and of course, diet friendly!

In true Clayton Gray Home fashion, we tried a few recipes, to help with all of our prep work, and ended up choosing some­thing so simple, yet so good!  If you received one of our Swag Bags the other night then you surely received the recipe.  If not, have no fear, we will gladly share this recipe with you, as well…

Not only was our sig­na­ture drink, and adorable bar­tender Dave a big hit the other night, so were all of our deli­cious appe­tizers, desserts and coffee.

The other big hit?  Why the bite sized flat­breads from Pane Rus­tica, of course!  Always a party favorite!  In addi­tion, Katie, our in-​​house baker, con­tributed her glit­tering lemon cookies in sparkling emerald and dia­mond col­ored fashion.

To end the night, our neigh­bors at Buddy Brew sent everyone home with some of their deli­cious coffee for the road.
