It’s that time of the month again.…time for FIRST FRIDAY!!! SPRING is here! April 22nd is Earth Day, so our theme for this month is green, spring and new beginnings.

Back by popular demand, local celeb, Nick Peterson will be tending our bar as well as manning our raffle. That’s right! This FF we will have a raffle drawing every thirty minutes where Nick will do his best Vanna White to pick our winner.

This month we are partnering with our Kennedy Blvd neighbor, Malindy Elene Bridal Couture and South Tampa neighbor, the Tampa Garden Club. Spring brides and garden flowers, what could be better?

Malindy Elene is a couture bridal boutique in South Tampa. Owner Megan Bubalo has a passion for assisting brides in finding their perfect wedding gown! For over 10 years, Malindy Elene Bridal has been striving to give each bride the shopping experience they have always dreamt of. Upon entering the salon, brides are greeted by a personal stylist to assist with the entire bridal experience and in finding that perfect dress. The bride and her entourage are treated to a glass of wine, or water while browsing through the selection of pure silk, hand-made gowns by the finest designers bridal has to offer. In addition to bridal and bridesmaid couture is an amazing selection of rehearsal dinner or get-away dresses. An in-house tailor makes sure that everything has that perfect, made for you fit.

The Tampa Garden Club (Tampa Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc) was founded in 1928. TFGC also joins forces other garden circles, Azalea, Bayshore, Founders, Garden Gate, Heights, Old Fashioned and Rose. Realizing that in supporting other circles, they could accomplish more than any one small club. The TFGC is also a member of the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc. The mission of the TFGC is making our surroundings a more beautiful and joyous place to live. Like most Garden Circles, TFGC has projects that they strive to maintain. Some of their projects have been; the Children’s Service Center, the Plant Park grounds and the campus of Hillsborough Community College. TFGC is also active in educating the public on the importance and how to conserve our environment. In addition to their green thumb, the TGC is a beautiful event location. There is no other place that will give you such breathtaking views of Bayshore and perfectly manicured gardens for that perfect backdrop for wedding, bridal, anniversary photos and more. A 501C3 organization, donations to the TFGC are accepted and tax deductible.
