Though we’re halfway through the month of May, it has come to our attention, we’ve forgotten a major celebration this month…National Burger Month! Not sure how this has gone under the radar here at CGH…while we love our cocktails and summer salads…there’s a lot to be said (and celebrated) about a burger!
Immediately we scanned recipes for the best of the best and all we found had one thing in common…Bobby!
You may know him better as Bobby Flay, American celebrity chef and restauranteur associated with such restaurants as Mesa Grill in LasVegas, New York, and the Bahamas; Bar Americain in New York and Uncasville, CT; Bobby Flay Steak in Atlantic City, and (most importantly for this particular topic)Bobby’s Burger Palace in ten locations. Also known celebrity chef and host of several Food Network television shows.
Back to the burgers…
We found 7 of Bobby’s best recommended burgers representing all areas across this great nation. With 14 days left in this month, looks like we’ve got some grilling to do!
As seen above, from Left to Right, Top to Bottom, above find all the recipes here:
- For our West Coast based fans we present the Almost Famous Animal-Style Burger…also known as the In-N-Out!
- For our Cajun Customers, we present the Louisiana Burger. The spicy remoulade mayo adds the kick, the potato chip adds the crunch!
- For our fellow Floridians(Tampa and Miami, we’ll let you fight this one out) we present the Miami Burger. A burger with the dijon mustard, Swiss cheese, ham, and pickles to boot!
- For our Philly fans, we present the Philly Burger. Melted provolone over grilled onions and both hot and regular roasted peppers creates a party in your mouth!
- For our Southwesterners, we present the Santa Fe Burger. Melted queso, poblano peppers and blue corn chips round out this perfect, palate pleasing burger!
- For a taste of Texas, we present the Dallas Burger. A little spice rub, BBQ sauce, slaw, and pickle make this southern style burger the perfect fit for an appetite as big as Texas!
- For a NYC/Italian twist, we present the Arthur Avenue Burger. With fontina cheese and chili infused ketchup, this New York Italian burger is sure to become a classic!
