Are you a ‘GLAMPER’ or a camper?

If you are not a ‘GLAMPER’, per­haps you aspire to be one as we do?  To one day cruise the coun­try­side in a swanky pad on wheels, is to be in true bliss.  Camping and road­trip­ping (espe­cially in an AIRSTREAM) can be glam­orous!  Who is to stop you from putting a little extra bling, style and com­fort into your adven­ture wagon???

Think of designing your small space with lots of ver­sa­tility, prac­ti­cality and comfort.

Starting with the walls & win­dows:  Try a repet­i­tive pat­tern graphic wall­paper!  Then, soften your win­dows and/​or create sep­a­rate spaces within the cabin.  Next think of lighting that will be mounted on the walls to free tabletop space and won’t fly around on those bumpy roads!  A swing-​​arm sconce like the one above is great for bed­side or kitch­enette.  Of course, you will need Mir­rors to open the space and to make sure you keep your­self glam on the road as well.

Next, Fur­ni­ture:  The stools are small enough to use for an extra table or brought out­side for addi­tional camp­fire seating.

Finally, every­thing else:  We chose the above tex­tures and colors with hints of nat­ural influ­ences (fur, wood grain pat­tern, linen).  All soft items com­pli­ment the bold black + white pat­terns with sparkles of gold and silver!  Since a small space keep the living and sleeping areas cohe­sive in theme or tones.
