CGH Celebrates The Arrival Of Kevin O’Brien Studio!

You’ve probably seen these luxurious linens featured on Martha Stewart, at ABC Carpet and Home, or gracing the pages of In Style, Better Homes and Gardens, or Marie Claire, just to name a few.
We couldn’t be happier to tell everyone these beautiful pillows have finally arrived! We fell in love with Kevin O’Brien Studio long before last fall High Point Market, but were thrilled to have the chance to meet these wonderful folks and have the opportunity to learn more and most importantly touch and feel these works of art. Each product they make is handcrafted of highest materials and standards.
Kevin started out in Philadelphia with a few degrees and plans to delve into a career of architecture. He abandoned this idea and followed his true love of painting, as many artists do, with a world of creativity and imagination, just not a lot of money. At the recommendation of a friend he was told to purchase silks and start painting on them. Though his first fabric purchase was the finest polyester from Fabric Row in Philadelphia, it didn’t take long for major retailers to take note. Barney’s then steps in and places their first order, along with helping him purchase real silk!
Jump forward 20 years, many more yards of silks and velvets, and wonderful opportunities that have made Kevin O’Brien Studio synonymous with burnt out velvets all over the world.

Now with studios in the US, China, and Nepal, this son from the city of brotherly love has brought his artistic inspiration and style to homes and design houses around the world, Clayton Gray Home, included!
